Sales Manager- Pan India
We are looking for a high performing Sales Manager who can help Siemens BP division to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth target. He/She should have hands on Experience in Boiler/Burner market in India and crafting sales plan for Siemens CCS Business and justifying those plans to upper management
Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have experience in Boiler /Burner market in India. Controller/PLC knowledge will give added advantage
Should be known business dynamic of Controllers, UV cell, Gas valve and Gas train, Servo Motors etc required in Burner business in India and Asian countries.
Experience required in Sales of Burner market specially Siemens, Honeywell, Dungs, Lamtech , Weishaupt Burner, Oilon burner etc. Experience in channel partners also welcome.
Candidate should have good technical experience in trouble shooting of Burner/ Boiler/Burner controllers at site and should be ready to encounter any trouble shooting.
Should have good competitor market knowledge to update management current development or USP in competitors products.
Should have experience to Handel Key Accounts like Thermax, Forbes Marshall, Atlas copco, Sendvik etc and generate expected business from those key accounts.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Maintains healthy terms and relation by frequent visit to customer place, understanding client issue and to provide quick solution.
Quick learner of Siemens range of products and shall be handle HQ with technical skill and good communication skill.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/ Automation with strong Controller/PLC knowledge
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
5-7 Years experience for BE
7-9 Years experience for Diploma in mentioned discipline
