Join our team at Siemens Healthineers as an Implementation Specialist for a newly launched SaaS platform.
This is a role well suited to an entrepreneurial individual, looking to experience the startup environment within the support of a large healthcare company. Supporting the launch of a newly developed workforce management platform, the Implementation Specialist will be responsible for activities that bridge pre and post sales to ensure a high-quality qualified solution is positioned, tested and Implemented to meet customer needs.
Perform initial solution verification
Perform final solution verification
Design, deliver, document, and present solutions to customers with both short-term and long-term goals taken into consideration.
Communicate clearly and concisely with all team members, customers, and management project status, risks, and outcomes.
Work with the customer as well as Product/Project Managers to keep the project on schedule, within budget and overcome any technical and non-technical obstacles.
Prepare customer personnel to assume full responsibility for the system after go-Live, initial customer relationship management
Status Report, Site Survey, CS operations and support handover checklist, support handover should be all completed on-time and documented.
Project documentation completion as well as on-time completion of administrative tasks and within Siemens policies.
Skills Requirement & Experience:
Minimum three years of experience in Radiology Workflow or SaaS based Implementation
Previous consulting or Project Management experience is desired
Understanding and ability to use common desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project).
Experience translating functional requirements into system features or department procedural adaptations
Strong customer relationship management experience
Good communications, organizational and documentation skill
Critical thinking & Analytical skills
Ability to come up with creative and innovation solutions to the customer’s needs
Knowledge of: HL7 & DICOM, Windows and Basic Networking is desired.
Willingness and ability to travel as required by the role
