As a member of the Siemens Mobility Real Estate team, you will manage the 2 properties of our Rolling Stock business in Sacramento, CA that equate to approximately 1M sq. feet.  50-60% of your role will be focused on Facilities Management, currently outsourced to our partner company.  We have current and future projects that will involve both refurbishment and new construction for our anticipated growth plan and we want you to join our team!

Primary Role and Responsibilities

•             Manage property in a manner consistent with best in class operations, including, without limitation: (i) Facilities Management, (ii) Vendor Management, (iii) Site Access Control, (iv) Internal Customer Relationships, and (v) Crisis Management.

•             Develop deep, trusting relationships with internal customers, vendors, suppliers, and regular guests.

•             Manage facilities program and operating expenses to ensure efficiency and identify savings where possible.

•             Manage and implement 5-year maintenance plans.

•             Analyze and provide cash flow forecasts and project forecasts.

•             Drive savings in Real Estate Management business model.

•             Evaluate service delivery model and provide input to Management Team.

•             Ensure crisis management plan for facilities is current and understood by all site personnel.
