Technical Support Engineer 技术支持工程师(STWH Export)

Job Description

  1. Collect information for engineering, PM and procurement dept, analyzes customers' technical setup in order to better judge on aspects of product and solution integration.
  2. Completes technical analyses as per customer specification/international standards and supports proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team, assure the completion of bidding documents.
  3. Coordinate factory resource, to providing good technical solution for customer, Introduce Siemens product advantage to customer, Clarify all the queries of customer.
  4. Take charge of bidding documents and project follow-up, technical negotiation and support commercial negotiation, signing technical specification.
  5. As business owner, achieve and maximum his/her regional/vertical OI (Order intake) and Profit target.
  6. Get knowledge of customer needs (technical & commercial) and market intelligence (competition, prices, etc.).
  7. support front sales and develop customer relationship, improve project hit rate including but not limited to customer visit, product introduction, technical support.
  8. Collaboration for the execution of the marketing and sales concept focused on the customer care concept.
  9. Develop new market and maintain exist market with front sales.
  10. Other tasks assigned by superior.


  1. bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  2. 3~5 years working experience in transformer design, production or export
  3. Transformer or Electricity grid related knowledge such as basic theory, construction, test.
  4. Sales and negotiation skill
  5. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
