Assembly Trainer

Position Overview

Siemens Mobility Welding Production unit is seeking an experienced trainer who can develop,implement  and deliver comprehensive education programs to ensure our production team are prepared to perform effectively and efficiently in keeping with all operating standards and customer requirements.


  • Conduct individual and group technical training on mechanical and electrical assembly processes 
  • Develop and adjust training material, as needed
  • Evaluate the performance of trainees to verify training objectives have been met
  • Monitor, evaluate and document the effectiveness of the training provided
Requited Knowledge/ Skills and Experience

  • 5- 7 years in a training role
  • 1- 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High-School Diploma

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Experience
  • Technical or related degree
  • Experience performing Welding Training in a manufacturing environment
