Then come in and join our global team as Customer Service Engineer (based in Central Region) to execute all service activities assigned.

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • You will perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all products within his area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision
  • You will communicate and accept all operative advices from the Customer Care Center with follow the processes
  • You will ensure  proper use the tools under care
  • You will comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers
  • You will maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthineers

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in Biomedical/ Electrical & Electronics
  • You have at least minimum 2 years of experience and  engineering background with  healthcare engineering industry especially on Angiography and Radiography products

Your personality and skills:

  • You are meticulous and detail orientated
  • You are able to work independently

  • You able to work independently and proactive manner, possess analytical skills and ability to adapt change.

  • You are  self-motivated and high energy to make things happen.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • You are change oriented with initiative, result oriented, organized and good follow up skills
