What are my responsibilities?
• Drives customers' decision making from remote either in conjunction with general sales channels or in direct contact with customers.
• Provides information to customers and/or general sales
• Analyses end customers' needs and supports their decision making process
• Investigates and pre-qualifies customer contacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contacts
• Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning
• Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management
• Completes sales and revenue related key reporting
• Supports and improves back-office processes
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, IT, Business Administration
• Min 2 years of experience in online sales, digital marketing or a similar role
• Passionate about sales, digital marketing and technologies
• Data driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English is a must
