Job Description

What are my job responsibilities?

  • Support the team with all organizational issues (such as travel booking; meeting schedules etc.)
  • Event management (Planning; content etc.)
  • Assist regional headquarter team and management in daily work
  • Support with purchasing and logistic tasks
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

What do I need to do to qualify for this role?

  • Diploma / Degree in Administration with 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness  to take the extra mile
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft- Office tools
