  • You will support our team in advising on the formulation and development of questionnaires

  • You record questions and scales and create questionnaire and evaluation designs in the Online Survey Tool

  • You will be involved in preparatory measures for the start of online surveys and in the processing of participant data

  • You will be involved in the support of ongoing online surveys and in survey customer service

  • You support the calculation and creation of evaluations online, in Excel format and the creation of evaluation reports in .ppt and .pdf format

  • The quality assurance measures also belong to your area of responsibility

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

  • You are currently successfully studying sociology, statistics, business administration or a comparable course of study at a university or college and are available to us for at least 12 hours per week

  • Ideally, you have already been able to gain relevant practical experience through working student activities or internships

  • Your handling of MS-Office applications very good

  • Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of IBM SPSS Statistics (statistical program for specific calculations and evaluations) or of other statistical programs (e.g. “R”)

  • Your working style is independent and careful, you are customer-oriented, have good communication skills and excellent analytical abilities

  • Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
