Among other things, you will develop and implement the overall diagnostics commercial strategy within Sweden while relentlessly driving to exceed business goals. Responsible for ensuring the success of business goals

Responsible for annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting demands

Strategy Development and Execution:
Responsible for the development, implementation, execution and tracking of a sales strategy to achieve business results

Proven experience and consistent performance (minimum 10 yrs) in leading sales/marketing teams and developing customer accounts in the Nordic Healthcare market, preferably in Laboratory Diagnostics
In-depth knowledge of the Swedish Healthcare market with a very good understanding of the financial and commercial side
Experience in transforming processes and organizations leveraging digital and automation solutions
Experience in developing and implementing innovative and creative business approaches to expand sales coverage
Willingness to travel for work in Sweden and abroad
Driving license (minimum: B)
History of driving change within complex business environment
Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics’ customer needs
Strong leadership and influence skills, particularly within a matrix organization
Strong background in a customer focused environment
Demonstrates passion for customers and customer relationship building
Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess an energetic personality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and negotiating skills to motivate and direct a sales and marketing organization
Can maintain composure to achieve objectives under pressure
Has strong negotiation skills.
Has strong knowledge in CRM management including the use of opportunity management /pricing processes and tools.
Financial Acumen and understanding of finance concepts in diagnostics business is definite asset
Strong analytical skills to deal with complex business issues
Effective time management and conflict resolution skills since the job requirements encompass interaction with a large number of inside and outside customers
Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Healthcare. Master’s Degree Preferable
Swedish and English are optimal. Danish or Norwegian and English would also be an option.
