About the role
As a Senior IT Solution Expert - CCM you will mainly be working with Opentext Streamserve/ExStream products. In this context you will be helping SFS Business units with improving their documents, e-mails and general communications with customers and vendors.
The role is focused on analysis of business requirements both from a technical and design standpoint. Management of incidents, service- and change requests is also an integral part of the daily work. As the role is focused on digital communication you are expected to advise on, and design, new document concepts while adhering to SFS design guidelines.
You will be communicating with business users on various levels as well as with development teams for connected applications. To be successful in these conversations you must be able to explain technical concepts and implementations in a simplified easily understandable manner. Likewise, you must also be able to transform business requirements into technical specifications for developers.

Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills are also important. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is required, other Nordic languages as well as Spanish, French and/or German is creditable. This opportunity requires travel which include some overnight stays.
• Comfortable in diverse interactions with different stakeholder groups. Including face-to-face, virtual and varying types of presentations.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience of complex system landscapes with numerous integrated systems with high level of inter-dependencies. Understanding system integration terminology and having experience on a basic level is required. (XML, WS, HTTP, REST etc.)
• Business level English both spoken and written.
• Experience preferably from either financial services, insurance, banking or similar markets.
• Business process knowledge (commercial banking, treasury, finance and leasing, etc.)
