Solution Architect / Business Analyst in SAP QM (Quality Management)

Job Description

Your main tasks will be:

  • As a Solution Architect for QM processes in the SAP environment, you are responsible for the maintenance and further development of corresponding solutions in quality assurance throughout the entire product life cycle - from development to production and sales
  • Essentially, the processes are mapped using SAP QM and OPCenter Quality (formerly QSYS)
  • For this purpose, you work together in a team consisting of three colleagues as well as external consultants /service providers
  • In your area of responsibility, you will also have to advise Users and specialists from the business sector on questions about process optimization in the area of quality management
  • You also translate the customer requirements into technical specifications and accompany the implementation up to the test and customer acceptance
  • The permanent optimization of IT services in this environment or the use of IT services is also part of your area of responsibility
  • It expects an environment with state-of-the-art working methods, agile methodologies and projects as well as intensive team spirit. In concrete terms, the consolidation of the Mobility SAP landscape and the introduction of the new SAP version S4 HANA are currently on the roadmap.

What you should have:

  • The cornerstone of your professional success is a degree in IT, informatics or business informatics. Alternatively, you can show a comparable training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management within a large technical company or in the IT consulting department itself
  • Well-founded and practically proven experience in SAP QM
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills; ability to present technical issues in a clear and comprehensible way, even at management level
  • Fluent English 
  • A willingness to travel around 30%
  • German is a plus
