Job Description:
Service Manager is responsible for achieving Service Business targets as per AOP and lead the team of service engineers, technicians and helpers. He is also responsible for forecasting, planning, and delivering financials such as orders, revenue and collection.
Role responsibilities include the performing work on service contracts and service projects to meet teams financial and productivity metrics. Typically managing SLA for Service Contracts for ELV Systems and large service sites and to ensure that meets contractual requirements and exceeds customer expectations, while also being an individual contributor.
Core duties include developing skills, information and management discipline necessary to deliver services in a timely manner at planned gross margins, leveraging tools, processes and best practices. Also assigning activities, monthly, weekly and daily duties, and facilitating field team to deliver services up to customer satisfaction.
