Your new role – challenging and future oriented
  • Operative management of the real estate portfolio at Siemens premises in Belgrade and Siemens factory in Subotica 
  • Supplier management: preparation of tendering documentation, negotiation, contracting in cooperation with Procurement department, contract management (terminations, changes in scope, monitoring KPIs etc.) for all Real Estate related services (e.g. cleaning, security, maintenance, reception, utilities etc.)
  • Management of existing lease contracts: netrent, OPEX, space, terms, termination clauses, service management etc.        
  • Customer management: local interface to internal / external customers with high on-site availability, including management of customer specific requests, claim management and contract management
  • Space management: vacancy and occupancy management, implementation of space efficiency measures (e.g. Siemens Office), internal office moves and relocations management     
  • Planning: maintenance and investment planning, alignment of space demand with customers, technical input for expense planning, support for planning presentation
  • Savings management: identification of savings and implementation of savings measures,
  • Regular reporting to and close cooperation & communication with Real Estate Location Management as well as Siemens Serbia local management
  • Support for different commercial topics, technical control & confirmation for purchase orders and invoices 
  • Implementation of operational security measures defined by the guidelines, security officer, audits, targets
  • Implementation of operational EHS measures defined by the guidelines, EHS officer, audits, targets (e.g. waste management, fire protection, etc.)
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
  • University degree in technical field with focus on real estate (ideally Faculty of Architecture or Civil Engineering)
  • At least 3 years of experience in same or similar position
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, result-driven person with strong customer orientation
  • Extraordinary negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to create and execute influencing strategies
  • Able to collaborate effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds, culture and styles
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
