What will you do?
o Analysis of the accuracy of operational and financial costing information
o Create and enhance advanced spreadsheet-based database models
o Support with commercial contract administration through compiling team members’ timesheets and other data for invoicing etc.
o Assist with the preparation of timely and accurate monthly forecasts and reporting for the specific portfolios
o Support with maintaining and updating planning models, tools and processes to reflect current and future changes to the business as new information is acquired
o Assist with the monitoring of financial and operational metrics to measure the business segments profitability and efficiency
o Support development and evaluation of business cases and business models to support new and emerging business offerings
o Assume and complete special projects and/or other assignments as delegated by supervisor
o Analyze operational costs, product costs and provide sound variance analysis
o Profitability and revenue analysis to support management decisions
o Support development analysis and monitoring of corporate budgets
o Support the month end and quarter end closing process
o Prepare reports and analysis as required and support continuous improvement efforts
What will you need to succeed?
o 3rd or 4th year level working towards Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
o Some accounting work experience
o Strong organizational skills with great attention to details
o Results oriented and motivated to learn
o Strong fluency with Microsoft Excel
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
