Role: DI VM Food & Beverage Head USA
Location: Open (access to International Airport)

The DI VM F&B Head leads our dynamic team of industry focused sales executives and application engineers to maximize Siemens presence in the Food, Beverage, and Consumer Products Industry.

Our Vertical is chartered to maximize client’s CAPEX and OPEX spend in the areas of Siemens Digital Industries and Smart Infrastructure. The overall goal of our vertical is to support customers in the achievement of digitalization and operation efficiency through the application of Siemens technology.


The DI VM F&B Head USA sets US strategy, defines strategic targets, and takes overall top line revenue responsibility for performance across the defined set of focus accounts as covered by the staff of Corporate, Global, and Regional Account Managers

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in Industrial Manufacturing
  • Sales Management experience
  • Successful track record leading teams in a quota based sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Automation, Drives, MES, and PLM Experience
  • Value Add / Solution Selling
  • Executive Level Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Travel: +30%

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • BS in Engineering preferred.
  • Selling automation solutions, PLM, &/or MES to the Food, Beverage, CPG industry

Additional Experience Desired:

Customer Services with core experience in areas such as:

  • Industry Business- Previous work experience with Industry Software, Industry 4.0
  • Service Business- Previous work experience in a leadership role in a Service Tech environment
  • Digitalization- Proven experience utilizing digital tools
  • Digital Enterprise- Proven experience in high end consulting services with a start-up mindset
