This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Director, North America Delivery Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Build and manage the North America regional delivery team of Enterprise Performance Solutions
  • Successfully scope, plan and execute selected customer pilot projects with state-of-the-art solutions delivery methodologies
  • Plan and manage the regional customer projects in time and budget
  • Act as primary operational point of contact for our EPS customers with a strong focus on hospital IT operation
  • Act as primary point of contact for regional activities to the headquarter Global Head of Delivery

  • Background and experience in digital technologies and IT solution architectures 
  • Skilled in project management and consulting
  • Preferred experience in the US healthcare market as well as experience with direct customer contact
  • Strong listening skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Proven track record of on-time and in-budget project delivery
  • Capabilities in managing challenging project situations

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, engineering or management; ideal candidates will have a MSc
  • Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry and 3-5 years’ experience in team management
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office including MS Project
  • Additional language skills are considered a plus, i.e. Spanish
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
