Sales Operations manager

Job Description

BS or equiv.; 5-10 years of experience with a sales organization, sales operations or organization supporting sales
• Skilled at developing executive-level communications and data visualization
• Strong analytical ability with experience coordinating complex decision-analysis
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, forecasting and reporting tools (SFDC, Qlikview, Tableau)
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

• Outgoing, professional and articulate; great customer & communications skills
• Ability to bring creativity to the position while striving for continuous improvement
• Technical aptitude - ability to quickly learn new systems

Job Description
• Partner with Regional Sales Management to define successful GTM Sales strategy and process
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, tools & systems to drive sales productivity and effectiveness
• Work closely with Sales management, Finance, HR and Legal to identify, define and implement best practices
• Work with worldwide team to ensure sales process and best practices are consistently communicated
