Job Description

Plans and monitors achievement of agreed sales targets of a dedicated portfolio sales team & Market the Siemens Portfolio for the assigned parts / Services

Position Reports to Country Divisional Controller - Services & Digital.

  • Ensures adherence to Sales guidelines and ensures achievements of the targets set. Be Own and make accountable for.
  • Proposes sales budgets for the portfolio sales team and regularly monitors the achievements in the assigned area.
  • Directly supports Portfolio Sale & Services  Professionals in customer visits and negotiations.
  • Initiates / contributes to planning of customer related services development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
  • May support strategic key customers' business development.
  • Supervises all support activities for operational service delivery of one or multiple units.
  • Provides suitable work environment and implements people management processes. 
  • Assists an assigned team of Portfolio Service Professionals.
  • *Supports Country Divisional Controller in matters of product and service positioning for the assigned portfolio and provides respective input.
