Plans and monitors achievement of agreed sales targets of a dedicated portfolio sales team & Market the Siemens Portfolio for the assigned parts / Services
Position Reports to Country Divisional Controller - Services & Digital.
- Ensures adherence to Sales guidelines and ensures achievements of the targets set. Be Own and make accountable for.
- Proposes sales budgets for the portfolio sales team and regularly monitors the achievements in the assigned area.
- Directly supports Portfolio Sale & Services Professionals in customer visits and negotiations.
- Initiates / contributes to planning of customer related services development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
- May support strategic key customers' business development.
- Supervises all support activities for operational service delivery of one or multiple units.
- Provides suitable work environment and implements people management processes.
- Assists an assigned team of Portfolio Service Professionals.
- *Supports Country Divisional Controller in matters of product and service positioning for the assigned portfolio and provides respective input.
