Learning Services Project Manager (SISW-PLM)

Job Description

The Learning Services Project Manager is responsible for the successful application of the Siemens Digital Industries Software implementation methodology to deliver high quality learning programs. The Learning Services Project Manager will be expected to manage the scope, schedule, and budget of training deployments. The Learning Services Project Manager will be responsible maintaining proper structure and governance while managing risks associated with the projects.


Establish, maintain, and publish project structure and processes

Author Statements of Work and see them thru the approval process

Monitor project progress, initiating corrective and preventive actions as appropriate

Align customer requirements and project definitions to achieve project objectives

Review and publish budgets, forecasts and margin statements

Contribute to continuous improvement based on lessons learned from the project.

Up to 25% travel.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with software engineering background, Advanced Degree may be substituted for industry experience.

A commitment to develop, drive, and lead projects in a highly competitive market

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and efficiently communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external Customers.

Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customers.
