Commercial Project Manager

Job Description

Main  responsibilities

Commercial Management and performance controlling of projects and orders;
Ongoing project calculation, analysis of plan/actual deviations on project level ;
Timely invoicing and payment follow up;
Opportunity and risk management including evaluation of risks / provisions / risk contingencies (IFRS), commercial evaluation of customer contract, and identification and quantification of risks (e.g. inventories, penalties, delays in rollout);
Commercial order processing (order registration, purchasing, delivery, invoicing, update order calculation);
Booking in Accounting systems ( SAP ) , planning of cost and revenue, customer credit check, booking of Order Intake, Purchase Orders to suppliers / subcontractors;
Commercial responsibility regarding stock situation and supervising deliveries;
Coordination of logistics, commercial and economical aspects;
Supporting role within acquisition phase of the projects, and initiation of the suppliers and customers in SAP, according to credit management regulations;

What is need to qualify for this job

University Graduated: preferred Economical University;
English knowledge- advanced;
3-5 years experience in a similar position;
SAP knowledge;
Experience in a multinational company would be an advantage;
MS Office is a must;
Knowledge of commercial topics;
