Materials Management Specialist Fluvanna, TX

Job Description

Position Summary
The MM (Materials Management) Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory of parts held at wind farm site locations.  This includes placing orders for new inventory, and performing cycle counts to verify actual onsite inventory.  The MM Specialist works closely with site managers and site technicians to ensure that parts are properly consumed through the work orders systems for each site.  

 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently with little to no supervision
• Flexible travel schedule up to 25% travel. Complete and maintain required and accurate documentation and records.• Comfortable working with relevant SAP systems as needed for ordering and maintaining parts inventory.

Requirements: 
Proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). • Ability to learn and operate inventory functions in SAP RBP and SAP GEP. • Willing to travel up to 25% • Must have clean driving record and pass pre-hire drug screening.
