Job Description:

Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating next generation of healthcare platform using the latest cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Data Factory, SQL, or equivalent for large-scale secure enterprise applications.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop healthcare software for the architectural and system design with Cloud and latest Big Data technologies
  • Implement data pipelines and integrate with platform (ETL, Queue, Message Bus) as well as API/ Web Services for data and logic
  • Implementing, testing and operating advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture
  • Performing on-going security testing and code review to improve software security
  • Working with the team to mentor and code review with peers
  • Creating and reviewing technical documentation and presentation, work with stakeholders and obtain consensus
  • Implement the team development  environment with TDD and CI/CD
  • Interfacing with internal partners including systems engineering, architects, product management and project management
  • Keeping knowledge up to date by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
  • Minimal travel (training, conferences, etc.)
Required Knowledges/ Skills, Education and Experience
  • A genuine passion for software development and technologies to deliver excellent end-user experiences with proven track records
  • Master degree in Computer Science or in STEM
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in backend/ application development with C#, C++ and .Net technologies
  • Minimum 5 years in SQL/ DB technologies
  • Minimum 5 years in ASP.NET/ .NET Core
  • Minimum 5 years in Virtual Machines technologies such as VMWare/ VirtualBox and container technologies and management
  • Familiar with Microsoft Azure components such as Storage, Key Vault, Virtual Network, Containers etc.
  • Test driven development (TDD) and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) in production environment
  • Proven track records of researching and solving problems
  • Ability to work independently in a team project
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Data warehouse technologies such as Hadoop/ Spark/ HDInsight and/or Microsoft Azure and offerings.
  • Familiarity with various healthcare related technologies, protocols and guidance such as DICOM, HL7, XDS, VNA and IHE
  • Development experiences in FDA regulated environment
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or some other related field
  • Working with Offshore team
