You will work with our freight and transit customers (acting as an R&D Ambassador) to create portfolio strategies in these new digital business fields.  In addition, we'd also need for you to provide proactive perspectives on transformational initiatives and partner with the Head of our Business Unit and other department leaders to assess and select technologies that contribute to digitalization. We aim to hire top talent and provide them with opportunities to earn top dollar.  Siemens is a great place to have a career in an innovative environment.  If you're well educated on Rail Automation products, have a large network of contacts within the Rail industry, can create a vision/strategy of the future digitalization roadmap to essentially grow a business from scratch, then we'll offer you the support and platform to make it happen!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Lead change programs and manage competence development within your team
-Orchestrate the enhancement of internal methodologies and the transfer of knowledge to new hires
