Job Description:

The position is on 3rd shift. The position will require the ability to operate machine tools according to manufacturing and engineering specifications.




·         Interpret drawings, blueprints, and other technical data

·      Perform rough and finish machining on various parts and fixtures

·         Identify parts, utilize Dot Peen machine, and deburr parts

·         Perform routine maintenance on equipment

·         Utilize computer for recording and informing supervisor of irregularities and malfunctions

·         Maintain records as required


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


·         Equivalent to a high school education

·         1 year of experience or hands on education is required

·         Must pass a Blueprint Reading, Math, Measuring, and Reading tests with a score of 70% or better


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


·         A.A.S. Degree in Machining Technology is preferred

·         2-3 years of experience preferred
