Job Description:

The Clinical Education Specialist for the Ultrasound Customer Education program is responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic direction for this clinical customer education business practice within the Ultrasound organization.
 
Position Overview
 
The individual will own the strategic and tactical implementation building a robust customer education curriculum.  They will drive both customer and internal education to highest levels of competency to increase customer satisfaction, differentiate Siemens, and generate business revenue. This individual will own the relationship between Education Services and the assigned business stakeholders, customers, and global partners to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and execution. Strategic input into program development and services will be required to deliver the right customer experience that will increase, productivity, positive referrals and enable us to be highly competitive.
 
This role reports to the National Clinical Sr. Sales Director within Siemens Healthineers and is part of the dynamic and growing ultrasound products division.

Responsibilities:
 
• Develop onsite and offsite educational curriculum for customers.
• Understand customer / industry needs and trends through close alignment and regular engagement through customer focus groups, conferences, and peer collaboration to best predict and plan for adapting to customer needs.
• Lead creation and conceptualization of new programs for service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for net new business and business improvement.
• Establish and implement programs and services to drive business unit objectives.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales, Sr. Clinical Sales Director and Zone Clinical Sales Team Leaders to ensure Siemens business targets are achieved.
• Ensure customers receive highest levels of services and drive industry leadership position for education.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience

• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to role.
• Minimum of 5 years Ultrasound experience, ideally both Cardiology and General Imaging.
• Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, relative to ultrasound imaging.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, ability to present.
• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
• Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders
• Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer experience.
• Must have the ability to travel 75%.
• Ability to work as a remote position.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• Prior Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist 
• ARDMS credentials
