Job Description:

Duties: • Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and/or to crystal fabrication.

Grow crystals

Mix raw materials to a specified mixture.

Maintain above mentioned equipment.

Monitor various crystal growth processes

Operation record keeping, maintaining accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in database

Follow process MPI documentation and safety procedures

Must be detail oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously


Qualifications: •Technical experience. HS education plus 2 year college

Good communication and computer skills  Microsoft products.

Understanding of principles of operation of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Experience of working in product oriented technical-industrial environment.

Experience of working with chemicals.

Hands-on laboratory experience, comfort with instrumentation, meticulous work habits, ability to handle setbacks, good analysis skills, sense of urgency, and a positive attitude
