Job Description:

Position Overview

This position is one of the central area of strategic direction driven position wherein the candidate can lead and direct the Enterprise services of the Healthineers business and healthcare IT together at the same time.  This position provides extremely good insight and view of direction what in the healthcare market and in enterprise service business is occurring.  This position also, provides the platform to drive the business within the role of Business relationship manager for Healthcare IT.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take lead role in managing the IT Demand, Prioritize, Coordinate with Internal and external Delivery of Solutions, Communicate status & progress with business and within HC IT teams/COEs.
  • Take lead and be responsible for coordinating the activities with Third Party vendors/service and solution providers for continuous improvement of delivery of solutions to Enterprise service business users
  • Ensure adherence to delivery and completion of development,  testing and release of solution
  • Lead to coordinate activities with your manage to identify required resources,  competencies and skills within HC IT BRM team and from various COEs
  • Manage programs from End to End point of view and escalate issues proactively/timely basis
  • Lead to be the primary owner and source of contact for Enterprise Services of Healthineers
  • Must be able to work closely with multiple senior and executive level stakeholders in a very high pace dynamic environment to communicate progress, vision and facilitate solution buy-in
  • Preempts potential problems and provide effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts,  technique,  knowledge or processes
  • Be creative and outside the box thinker to envision newer technologies (IoT, Digitization, Cloud, etc..)

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare industries and processes associated with delivering the technical solution to Customer facing organization
  • 10+ years of overall project and program management experience with strong preference of working in a IT related projects (preferably ERP / CRM / Mobility / Cloud / IoT areas)
  • 10+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross organization consensus with significant exposure to technology providers and customer interactions
  • Strong foundation of Project Management Methodologies and skills to systematically influence team members, customers ,  service providers and direct management
  • High level knowledge of multiple applications disciplines and environments (e.g. ERP/CRM/SaaS/Cloud etc.)
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO ,  etc.)
  • Skills in managing Global Virtual team(s) and Team environment
  • Organizational change management
  • Experience in managing Global projects of various size and scope
  • Proven track record of working with external or internal customers to understand their needs and translate into technical solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate decisions and their rationale       to Enterprise business management and HC IT management
  • MS Office Suite of products (Advance skills of PPT, Xls,  MS Project Plan,  Visio etc.)
  • One or More Certification preferred :
    • PMP
    • Lean Certifications
    • Agile, Scrum Certifications
    • ITIL Framework

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in any discipline
  • 10+ Years of Experience in managing customer expectations through effective handling of demand and delivery management
  • Excellent Team Members
  • Versatile and explorer for future generation of solution thinker and solution provider
