Position Overview

Are you ready to help drive the financial performance of a full manufacturing facility through sound financial analysis, controlling and reporting and continuous improvement?  We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst / Segment Performance Controller to join our team and take ownership of their role in coordinating planning, controlling and reporting activities. This position is a key role at the site

 
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will display a strong sense of ownership of their role in coordinating all planning, controlling and reporting activities, in particular on the CRM side as well as detecting improvement opportunities and driving continuous improvement throughout the entire organization. Specific requirements are listed below:

  • Coordination of budgeting and forecasting activities on segment level within Finance and cross functional as required for all financial and major non-financial KPIs
  • Coordination of closing and reporting activities on segment level considering internal and external requirements
  • Responsible for CRM-controlling on segment level, in particular, pricing, SG&A, R&D, purchase for resale business
  • Responsible for and coordination of Ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Responsible for transfer pricing
  • Coordination and implementation of customer price changes
  • Others
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Demonstrates strong sense of ownership and drives improvement throughout the entire organization
  • BS/BA in accounting or finance
  • Demonstrates and applies knowledge in the fields of cost accounting and financial reporting and analysis
  • Successful demonstration of key responsibilities mentioned above
  • Advanced degree may be substituted for experience, where applicable
