Job Description:

Head of Marketing Strategy and Customer Insights
Orlando, FL

 
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities:
- Customer segmentation (e.g., based on customer potential, attitudinal, behavioral characteristics, market positioning)
- Marketing strategy and value proposition for Power Generation Services overall and each vertical
- Customer experience standards (e.g., touchpoints, response times, etc.) per vertical
- Global repository (e.g., customer and market intelligence) definition and development
- Marketing tool identification and development
- Approach to collecting insights (customer, market, regulatory) across Power Generation Services. Analysis of VoC and implications to Power Generation Services.
- Market analysis (regulatory, policy trends) and its impact to each of the customer verticals. Implications for product development needs.
- Customer surveys (e.g., NPS, Frame Surveys) distribution and results collection.
- Synthesis of results and communication throughout the organization to relevant stakeholders (e.g., product owners, sales, etc.)
- Market and customer trends and needs

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with a wide range of people at different levels
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills involving application of project management principles to multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong analytical, evaluative and problem solving skills
- Team management skills, strong problem-solving and structuring skills
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
- High self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under high pressure and deadlines.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, marketing, or related fields
- Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager for over 10 years

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- MBA preferred)
