Job Description:

 **Applicants for this role will be considered for the Mid-Western zone of  United States**


The Siemens Healthineers Technical Solutions Center has overall responsibility for providing the on-site clinical IQ support for Siemens’ Advanced Therapies customers. This includes consulting with clinical users pre and post equipment install and adapting internal system parameters to meet customer expectations in regards to image quality and system dose.


In this role you will ensure customers IQ expectations are understood and your interactions will provide expert assistance in delivering customer excellence and represent Siemens Healthineers and the Technical Solutions Center with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive experience. The candidate will work with the national image quality team, field clinical team and field technical teams in driving the most advanced resolutions to our customers’ complaints, including implementing the correct settings throughout the zone with the assistance of the field CES team to ensure a higher image quality acceptance from our customers.

Product Knowledge

Describes the major product offerings, specifications/technical features, primary applications and service options for all Healthineers’ Advanced Therapies products

- Recommends the optimum product configuration to meet most customer needs

- Serves as the primary contact with key strategic accounts in regarding to IQ response and support

- "Owns" the customer in terms of zone IQ support



Specific Routine Activities Anticipated


Complete necessary clinical IQ support training and operate within the global IQ escalation process

Very proficiently understand the specific clinical imaging needs of customers, and build/implement proactive IQ solutions to meet this need

Routine travel in assigned zone to proactively and reactively adapt Siemens’ AT equipment to meet physician expectations

Routinely adapt IQ at competitive conversions, understanding other OEM preferences and developing IQ acceptance plans prior to visit (utilizing USA and Global information from prior conversions)

Collect image data and work with IQ support specialists in Cary/R&D as necessary to drive clinical acceptance

Work with engineering team (R&D/TSE/CSE) to clearly explain clinical needs of the customer

Document all customer and support activities in SAP/GSMS

Routinely monitor and capture highly accepted protocols to quantify national acceptance

Identify potential clinical deficits from the customer and provide structured feedback

Recognize influential Siemens AT customers within assigned zone, and understand clinical IQ needs for these accounts.  Proactively monitor customer satisfaction in terms of IQ acceptance

Proficient in customer discussions regarding dose and adapting Siemens systems utilizing ALARA principles

Work closely with BU ZBM and PSE team




Home office with high speed internet

Ability to travel extensively, up to 90% in assigned zone

Valid driver's license and good driving record is required

Minimum 3 years clinical interventional or equivalent experience

ARRT Certified in  Vascular-Interventional (VI) Radiography or equivalent experience
