A data-driven team member who provides marketing automation and
analytics expertise to the Solid Edge site team in the form of building
email and marketing automation in support of campaign activity;
connecting marketing automation forms and tracking with the Solid Edge
site; consultation, analysis, and creation of reports; and effectively
communicating analysis and results to the Solid Edge marketing team in
a waythat will drive enhanced business results.
•Assemble reports to answer specific business questions using data from
a variety of sources - Salesforce, Eloqua, Omniture Lithium, AdWords,
Adobe Media Optimizer and others.
•Build and manage marketing assets and campaigns in the PL marketing
automation platform, Eloqua
•Measure and analyze effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns
•Assist with the maintenance of the marketing database
•Possess advanced knowledge of campaign set up and management, form
development and management, segment management, reporting, contact
management, lead scoring, app integration, CRM integration
(specifically Salesforce.com) and contact level security
•Collaborate with IT to help them understand the business requirements
that will determine the analysis and design of effective technical
•Work with the site developer to integrate Eloqua tracking and forms
•Drive marketing analytics habits and process for Solid Edge Marketing
Skills and abilities desired:
•Thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices
•Expertise in the marketing automation platform, Eloqua
•Basic analytics capabilities familiar with different data collection
and measurement techniques
•Basic knowledge of HTML code
•Familiarity with Salesforce.com
•Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple
•Analytical and statistical skills
•Familiarity with agile / scrum development roles, processes and tools.
•Strong process orientation: able to analyze requests, determine scope,
research options, recommend a solution, execute and measure project
•Expertise in additional marketing platforms or functions is strongly
preferred (e.g. WordPress, Lithium) Demonstrated ability and desire to
work effectively under tight deadlines and successfully handle multiple
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Detail oriented and good time management
•Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing. Advanced degree in
business management, marketing, planning or statistics desirable.
Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing analytics
experience / CRM or similar experience.
