Lead the marketing platform team to ensure best selection, proper
integration and stable operation of all marketing technologies. Set
the standards for all platforms. Work with internal resources and
agency partners to deploy, integrate and develop templates within all
platforms. Manage version updates. Manage interface with internal IT
team and external IT resources. Perform approved out of campaign
digital marketing work. Execute acquisition integration plans
developed by PMO. Allocate resource to other production teams based on
demand and availability.
•Leads Marketing Platform Team
•Marketing platform selection, deployment and maintenance.
•Demand management from other production teams.
•Survey the market for new / enhanced platforms.
•Manage the entire platform technology lifecycle.
•Oversee integrations between digital marketing platforms and also with
other IT platforms within Siemens PLM Software.
•Collaborate with Siemens CG resources on their platform approach.
•Stay current on all security issues and ensure PL is in compliance.
•Direct assigned internal IT resource and coordinate with external
•Manage interface / prioritization of IT resources.
•Provide resources to execute acquisition integrations.
Skills and abilities desired:
•Deep web technology foundation – content management, marketing
automation, lead scoring, email marketing, social media, advertising,
•Experience leading IT or development team.
•Experience working with outside creative and technology agencies.
•Prior acquisition integration experience.
•Strong project management skills.
•Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing. Advanced degree in
business management, marketing, planning or statistics desirable.
Typically requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of marketing management
or similar experience.
