The Marketing Coordinator- Senior performs various marketing duties in support of product marketing, market research, internet-related marketing, and advertising. The Marketing Coordinator-Senior may be involved in editing, writing and producing marketing materials. He or she may also assist with planning customer seminars, user conferences, trade show, special promotions and direct mail campaigns. The candidate may also attend trade shows and industry-related events as a representative of the organization. The Marketing Coordinator- Senior operates with minimal supervision and is highly skilled with extensive proficiency. He or she will work on complex projects and perform market analysis as needed.
The Marketing Coordinator Senior is responsible for creating marketing and sales enablement content for our cloud native digital engineering platform. Content format includes blog articles, powerpoint presentations, scripted demonstrations, whitepapers, movies, infographics, etc. Sources of information include company subject matter experts, 3rd party consultants, technical journals/articles, tradeshows and customer representatives. You must understand complex technical concepts and how they relate to our customer's business and have the ability to explain these relationships clearly and concisely. Content must be delivered without the use of overly technical jargon and presented in the context of customer benefits. You will work closely with other stakeholders from Research and Development, Strategy, and Global Marketing and
Sales. Must be able to multi-task and deliver content effectively in a fast paced environment to meet aggressive program milestones.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
-Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering, physics or computer science.
-Basic understanding of cloud computing.
-5 or more years of experience in generating marketing and sales
-Demonstrated (published) articles explaining technologies and
-Experience with digital marketing methods including web content,
movies, infographics, Social Media, SEO and AdWords.
-Familiar with creating and using marketing KPI's to improve the
"inquiry to close" process.
-Familiar with the buyer’s journey for specialized software applications.
-Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
-Muse be able to multi-task and deliver content effectively in a
fast paced environment to meet aggressive program milestones.
