Job Description:

Marketing Specialist 4- Digital Services (DS) & Enterprise Services (ES)

This Marketing Specialist will help develop the Siemens’ Healthineers go-to-market strategy for Digital Services (DS) & Enterprise Services (ES) in the USA. This individual will be responsible for developing integrated campaigns that will drive market demand and awareness for the DS/ES portfolio, with the goal of helping to enable sales. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent strategic thinking, marketing and communications skills, creativity, business acumen, strong teamwork, resourcefulness, passion, a keen ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable conclusions, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. Senior-level individual contributor, reports to Head of North America Marketing.

 

Responsibilities

·          Develop and manage downstream marketing activities and campaigns that will create awareness and drive demand

·          Support sales enablement by developing market relevant content and value propositions and tools

·          Prioritize and identify white spaces for enterprise messaging, integrated campaigns, and tools to enhance direct to market or sales activities utilizing appropriate channels and vehicle mix

·          Drive launches and portfolio messaging for the U.S. market

·          Oversee DS & ES annual marketing plans and budget for the U.S.

·          Work closely with global colleagues to (i) provide country perspective into creation of global materials, (ii) leverage global materials where appropriate, (iii) share best practices that could be adopted in other countries

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

·         8+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing 

·         Proven results in working with executive leadership and cross-functional collaboration

·         Strong operational and business acumen

·         Superior organizational and operational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting all deadlines

·         Superb communications skills including copywriting.  Experience with campaign management including multi-channel marketing and communication vehicles and marketing automation

·         Ability to work well in highly matrixed organization. Experience in collaborating globally, managing global projects with international counterparts

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Experience in healthcare marketing and Healthcare IT field preferred.
