Job Description:

Position Overview: 



Contract Handler Role with additional requirement to

support Sales and Sales Administrative functions as

determined by local management.

Review customer contracts, route to Senior Management for

approval and signatures

ƒ Customer contact for contract issues, discrepancy discussions and

contract finalization

ƒ Follow up on LOIs and action required contracts.

ƒ Create and process addendums for the contracts that have red-line

items.

ƒ Process fully executed contracts

 

ƒ Provide assistance to the sales team

Work is generally performed in an office environment with a

moderate noise level and regular distractions.

ƒ Some physical requirements such as reaching, lifting and bending

 

ƒ Ability on occasions to work extended hours during end of month


Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education: 


ƒ High school diploma, state recognized GED, or state recognized

high school proficiency exam.

ƒ Must be proficient in utilizing and mastering various Software

Systems including.

ƒ Customer Relationship Management Systems.

ƒ Microsoft Office Suite-Tools and Systems

ƒ Must possess good verbal and writing skills

ƒ Must be able to work as a Team

ƒ Ability to work 7:00AM to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm

ƒ Weekends and Nights as required by the business with advanced

 

notice.
