Job Description:

New China site project Quality Training Specialist 3
 
Position Overview
 
This position is responsible for maintaining and improving the training program for China new IVD manufacturing site. This position requires a person with training program development experiences in regulated environment, e.g. IVDD, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, etc. The individual in this role will be responsible for collaborating with a team to design, implement and maintain training program.  This position is based in Walpole MA and report to China Project Quality Director  
 
Responsibilities
 
 
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Work with US training team to establish training a new system for China Site, and maintain the electronic training system.
  • Support and coordinate New Employee Orientation and training for new employees
  • Maintain the training records in Learning Management System
  • Run reports on training completing and/or audit report requests as needed.
  • Coordinate individual and group On Job Training (technical training courses) and activities for employees,
  • Collaborating with other Dept. to develop new training course and/or materials
  • Participates in monitoring the effectiveness of training course, makes recommendations, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
  • Draft and maintain the site annual training plan
  •  Communicate training programs to site and provide site personnel assistance with training concerns.
     
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
 
Experience:        A minimum of 5-7 years related experiences in FDA regulated industry with at least 5 years in a training capacity.
Education:          A minimum of a 4 year degree is preferred, although a combination of education/experience will be considered.  
              
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of learning management tools or systems
  • Experience in Training program development and training effeteness measurement
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with other project teams including US team.
  • Prioritization, multitasking and organizational skills
     
 
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
 
  • Prior experience working with a SABA Leaning Management System.
  • Experience providing “back room” audit support during quality system inspections.
  • Project management experience is a plus
