Job Description:

The Integrated Solutions Marketing Specialist- Ultrasound is responsible for cross business line marketing and support of ultrasound products and their impact in the therapy space. This includes the analysis of the market and creation and execution of all direct-to-customer marketing programs for a defined segment. Using or adapting global product messages or creating new segment messaging as needed. It also includes communication regarding campaigns, programs and pricing to internal audiences. The role captures several other key aspects of marketing management including positioning for all ultrasound products sold into the target segment and for communicating USA customer product requirements back to the global manufacturing, to ensure products are developed for the USA customer.


The Integrated Solutions Marketing Specialist- Ultrasound will also develop programs and communicate to deepen the relationship with the customers, create additional sales opportunities, and work with the professional development manager on symposium and tradeshow needs.




  • Collaborate with US and AT Marketing teams to develop cardiovascular ultrasound therapy related messaging.
  • Create content to support sales teams including demos, simulations, and interactive training
  • Strategic development and execution of all marketing programs
  • Developing and executing product messages or creating new segment messaging as needed
  • Communication regarding campaigns, programs and pricing to internal audiences
  • Positioning and pricing for a portfolio of products
  • Owns the customer life cycle, develop programs and communicate to deepen the relationship with customers
  • Manages the production of the required sales tools to support the direct and indirect sales channels


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


  • An understanding the clinical care pathway in advanced therapies and how our imaging products are utilized for each throughout that pathway, specifically US and Angiography
  • An advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of downstream marketing management.
  • The ability to work cross functionally across different divisions, departments, and organizational structures, both in North America and our Global Teams.
  • An in depth understanding of the medical capital equipment sales process.
  • The ability to handle objections by creating a persuasive argument to drive projects or influence customers.
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

                 High proficiency in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite to produce business reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other softcopy deliverables.

                 Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

                 Strong intra-organizational and external contacts 

                 Good understanding of capital equipment sales process

                 Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking required

                 Capacity to manage cross functional initiatives

                 Relentless customer focus

                 Must be able to travel 50% or more as required

                 5+ years in healthcare marketing role

                 Demonstrated experience working in a matrix organization

                 Live in the Malvern (Greater Philadelphia Area), PA area (or willing to relocate)



Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


  • Ultrasound marketing, clinical or sales background will be preferred
  • Minimally Invasive marketing experience
