Position Overview


We are seeking a Project Management Specialist 3 (Tech) to plan and monitor project release of one of our premium Ultrasound products as well as being a Release Train Engineer for one of our Agile Release Trains.


Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare, monitor, co-ordinate & maintain detailed project plans encompassing all project activities across functional teams, including product definition, procurement, development, integration, test, verification, validation, and compliance testing

·         Ensure that project plans are fully transparent and up to date during the entire project life cycle (planning through to execution)

·         Plan, procure and manage project assets and materials (i.e. systems, transducers, peripherals, etc.)

·         Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART, facilitate and organize PI Planning event and related activities

·         Assist, establish and track Program metrics

·         Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings

·         Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Maters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets

·         Escalate and track impediments

·         Assist & support project budget planning, provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks

·         Maintain project information according to documentation policy and practices


Required Knowledge/Skills

·         Extensive project management experience with Software and Hardware

·         Experience of RTE or STE role, experienced user of agile project management tool

·         Capability to build structures (WBS, reporting, resource planning, budget planning)

·         Commercially /contractually aware

·         Proficient with Microsoft Windows Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)


  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Certification may be required in some areas.


Required Knowledge and Experience


  • Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization
  • Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization’s business practices
  • Experience with full product development and commercialization cycles
  • Typically 5-7 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Demonstrates quick learning ability


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


  • Certified SAFe Agilist is highly desired
  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft TFS is a plus
  • Working experience with global team is highly desired
  • PMI or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus
