Job Description:

Position Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving adherence to legal and compliance policies and procedures within AT with respect to internal and customer-facing activities.  In addition, the candidate will provide technical support to field teams both pre- and post-sale.

 

Responsibilities

Compliance in Customer Engagements

Execute and implement agreements with key opinion leaders for participation at various advisory meetings, symposia, etc. in coordination with AT management.  Support Clinical Reference Site managers in executing/renewing contracts with National Reference Sites. Responsible for archival of relevant agreements into contract management database(s).

 

Legal & Compliance Liaison

Act as AT’s primary liaison with Legal & Compliance departments to ensure departmental activities are within established guidelines.

 

National Show Site Administration

Primary administrator for AT business area for national show site scheduling tool ensuring accuracy with respect to the performance of site visits and adherence to compliance guidelines.  Perform reporting on National Reference Sites with regards to the number of site visits performed and accumulated credits for site visits (if applicable) and communication of accumulated credits and other reporting both internally and to the Reference Sites.

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues. BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
