Job Description:

The Solutions Consulting team is actively recruiting
an experienced CAM/AM Professional to join the CAM COE Presales group.
Technical expertise with CAM/AM products working within the Siemens PL
ecosystem are the core components of the position.

As part of the Solutions Consulting team, participate in the sales
process to facilitate sales of NX CAM/AM software.  Engage with
potential and existing customers to understand customer needs and high
level requirements.  Utilizing knowledge of customer business needs,
engineering and manufacturing processes, support product and solution
positioning by preparing and delivering demonstrations of the technical
capabilities of the proposed solutions to customers using standard
material.  Speak with authority on our customer's business issues, and
how SISW can improve their business.  Support the selection of
appropriate suites of technology and proposal development for customer
process improvement which ensure the interoperability and effectiveness
of the overall solution within the context of the customer's business.
Works on projects/assignments of diverse scope.  Typically works under
minimal supervision on assignment/projects.


Responsibilities

•Maintain strong knowledge of the PLM solution platforms, be able to
deliver a demo and technical pitch, including overview of our key and
advanced features and benefits, services offerings, differentiation,
and competitive positioning
•Ability to address a majority of technical questions concerning
customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature
/ functionality of our platform
•Provide timely, prioritized and complete customer-based feedback to
Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding
customer requirements and issues.
•Train and engage customers on the technical aspects of the Siemens PLM
solution sets
•Provide technical support to the Industry Vertical, Country, and
Channel sales teams
•Will contribute, but not develop training materials or collateral
•The consultant will not be responsible to test or create tests for the
software, and will be given pre-configured demonstrations to deliver
•Provide benchmarking results as it relates to a customer engagement
where needed

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Skills and Experience:

 

Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the
Unites States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored
work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United
States.

•College degree in Engineering

•3 to 5 years of experience in presales support, or implementing
software projects in the CAM/AM space and CNC experience
•3 to 5 years’ experience in both the NX CAM systems
•Knowledge of Siemens PLM products required
•Value-based sales skills
•Sales/technical training experience
•Proven ability to implement complex software solutions.
•Presales, process consulting, and presentation experience
•Ability to concurrently manage multiple accounts and/or projects.
•Strong technical background and how software solutions address
customer business objectives
