Job Description:

Partner Sales Executive II - Detroit


This sales position focuses on the Industrial Machinery segment within
Small & Midsized Businesses. Working directly with Named Accounts and
with Siemens Solution Partners, this role drives the successful growth
of revenue derived through the Indirect Channel by leading and
supporting Partners directly throughout the sales cycle, including
coaching on account management, opportunity management, value driven
sales and deal closure to meet business and revenue objectives.  These
goals are achieved through building productive business relationships
with Solution Partners, Partner Management Execs and Partner
Development Execs within the USA. Position reports to a Sales Manager
responsible for Industrial Machinery SMB sales.




  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
    3+ years of sales experience selling software solutions to the Industrial Machinery industry
    Demonstrable track record of success against assigned quotas

  • Must currently be located in the Detroit area, or be willing to relocate one’s self there.

  • Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the
    Unites States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored
    work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United



  • Previous sales experience selling PLM (CAD, FEA, Process Simulation,
    Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) software into Industrial Machinery

  • Understanding of Machinery Automation and Systems Integration
    Previous sales experience with resellers of Autodesk, Dassault
      Systems, or PTC
    Capable in and Micosoft Office
