Job Description:

Responsibilities
 
  • As a technical lead, leads a team of software developers to deliver a software application or a component of a software application
  • Leads technical designs of software of high complexity and also participates in technical software design reviews and provides guidance and direction to team members.
  • Evaluates various software technologies to ensure the best fit for the right business need.
  • Conducts the code reviews and unit test case reviews.
  • Manages the development of the technical resources including training , skills development etc.
 
 Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
 
  • Experience in working within an Agile/SCRUM development model
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Passion for Technology
  • Strong Object Oriented Design skills.
  • Ability to convert complex business problems into simpler manageable increments to ensure working software deliveries
  • Experience with high complexity client/server type applications.
  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing and working with multi-site global teams.
  • Experience in Microsoft Technology stack including experience with mobile device development on Android and iOS
  • Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools like TFS
  • Knowledge of Windows internals and debugging skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of experience leading technical teams
