Job Description:

Are you an engineer with a mind for marketing? Are you curious to know what is the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program? This program is a two year program, with four, six month rotations. In the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program (TMLDP), you will learn to be a leader in one of Siemens’ business development, marketing or application engineering teams. This role will afford you the opportunity to bring about change, growth, and success for many of Siemens’ products and companies. Here, you will use your creativity and unique skill set to implement go-to-market strategies. You will receive mentoring from Siemens’ team of innovators and learn:

  • Product management
  • Industry marketing
  • Resource and asset development
  • Communications TMLDP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits. This program is designed to help you develop a successful career path within Siemens. The program start dates are in January and July.

To apply for the TMLDP program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Industrial/Systems Engineering; Business minors and/or prior business-related coursework and experience are preferred
  • Graduation Date: You must graduate by the program start date, but no more than one year prior
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Relocation and Travel: You should be willing to relocate and travel as required
  • Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
