Job Description:

Portfolio Development Executive II – USA/Remote

 

As part of an AMS Simcenter Portfolio Zone organization, drive the
Simulation business in new growth areas in the Strategic Initiatives
team.  Leverage Account Orchestrators, account development, CAE domain
specialists and Channel Partners. Understanding & proven experience of
the CAE subscription business model in landing and expanding Simulation
portfolio through multi-year strategies. Leveraging of GSI/LSI to help
drive the revenue stream across the sales channels in penetrating new
accounts/groups. Operate with a "sales/business" mind-set under
self-management on assignments/pursuits to determine areas to pursue.
Ability to work cross in a teaming environment with pre-sales, customer
support, marketing & other PFD's to help meet objectives.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

5+ years of experience working in the CAE market with proven success in a sales or sales support related position.
Candidate must have a solid understanding of CFD, FEA and Systems level analysis tools.
Bachelor’s degree required.  Bachelor's degree specifically in an engineering related subject is preferred.
Candidate must be familiar with desktop solutions such as Microsoft
Office, Project, Power-point and other job related software packages.
Candidate will have excellent public speaking skills complemented by
exceptional written and oral skills and strong organizational
abilities.
Candidate will be able to formulate, understand, and articulate customer strategies, PLM strategies and identify and nurture potential simulation enterprise opportunities. 

Must currently reside in the continental USA, as this position will be working remotely from a home office.  Preference for the person to currently be located in Detroit, MI.
