Application Development Specialist – Advanced Cardiovascular Applications


Serve as deep subject matter expert of cardiovascular imaging, workflow and clinical applications, competitive strengths and weaknesses, emerging technologies and trends. 


Develop and maintain effective relationship with KOLs on a global scale.  Support advisory board meetings, customer visits and internal and external clinical evaluations.


Identify unmet user needs, define customer specifications for breakthrough products and help define strategic directions and priorities.


Define advanced development projects and collaborations with clear objectives, cost, benefit, schedule, verification plan, acceptance criteria, risks and mitigations.  Manage and drive them to successful product proposals. Communicate progress regularly and effectively to all stake holders.


Collect data from clinical collaborations and analyze them. Monitor them for safety and compliance to regulatory requirements, protocol and good clinical practices.


Develop training material for new clinical applications.



MD or 10 + years’ experience in echocardiography: TTE, TEE and ICE imaging

Knowledge of all cardiology sub-specialties: clinical, electrophysiology, structural heart failure and congenital heart disease

Knowledge of clinical cardiology applications such as Strain, Contrast, Valve Analysis

Clinical research experience with basic statistical analysis knowledge

Excellence in oral and written communication skills

Competency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Domestic and international travel (30%)


The office is in Mountain View.
