Position Overview:

 

·         Partner with the greater PLM marketing team representing the needs of the America’s sales team for campaign creation, execution, reporting, and analysis for cloud based solutions.

·         Be instrumental in developing successful lead generation campaigns that drive growth for the MindSphere Americas team.  Active creation of state of the art digital content, product marketing, and sales to create regular campaigns including email, content, ads, webinars, videos and more that accomplish goals within allocated budgets.

·         MindSphere is part of the PL Business Unit, and this role is part of sales organization for the MindSphere product offering.  America’s Demand Generation Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Business Development.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Strategize and execute lead generation campaigns in partnership with content, product marketing, and sales to create regular campaigns including email, content, ads, webinars, videos and more that accomplish goals within allocated budgets

·         Monitor and optimize the lead generation funnel, collaborating with sales to improve pipeline conversion and MQL quality

·         Manage demand generation technology, reporting, and dashboards to demonstrate revenue impact and ROI

·         Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI with each campaign.

·         Help to define and exceed KPIs (PQLs, MQLs, SQLs, etc.) while measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing performance.

·         And most importantly, work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and challenges (and those of our prospects), ultimately to attract and identify ideal-fit customers, improve lead quality, and support revenue goals.

·         Manage and monitor the flow of leads from marketing to sales 

·         Continuously improve campaign strategies by collaborating with customer success, product marketing and sales to understand and encompass the customer journey 

·         Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management 

·         Optimize lead flow, data hygiene, lead scoring, and nurture models that align to industry best practices

·         You are genuine, humble, and intellectually curious.

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing demand generation programs with measurable results
  • Experience with Marketing Automation required
  • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of web strategy
  • Strong writing skills, ideally B2B content marketing pieces
  • SaaS Company Selling Tools to Developers a plus
  • Building a Demand Gen Program from Scratch
  • B2B Marketing/Campaigns
  • Winning Track Record Hitting Marketing Goals
  • High Standard for Customer Experience

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

 

  • 5-10 years of experience managing demand generation programs with measurable results
  • Experience with Marketing Automation required (Eloqua experience a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
