Job Description:

Role description

·        Responsibility for the project/program management during full product life cycle for VR/AR education services

·        Manage a team of integration specialists and internal/external project managers

·        Manage project teams within matrixed environment with both, dedicated full-time and part-time project team members, including internal and external resources and suppliers

·        Hold internal team and technology partners accountable by managing roadmaps and priorities

·        Lead and coordinate the Service development team during all project phases (from initial concept to release)

·        Establish overall program schedules based on individual tasks

·        Oversee QA test plans and criteria to reach milestone and certifications

·        Research and track industry technology shifts and assess how to apply trends to current and future product development

·        Ensuring delivery of required and approved project scope, managing change, escalations and issues as appropriate

·        Support the creation of Service Product Management process documents to achieve various milestones.

 

Qualifications

·      BS/BA such as informatics, scientific degree or engineering

·      Experience managing multi-stream projects and relationships between internal and external stakeholders

·      Strong sense of ownership of process and results

·      Highly adaptable, organized, and detail oriented with an ability to influence others in these areas

·      Experienced with agile software development process

·      Proven track record of influencing prioritization of new features and functionality based on researched ROI considerations

·      Strong negotiation, prioritization and conflict resolutions skills

·      Experience with resource and task budgeting

·      5+ years solid program management skills and have delivered multiple released SW products of $2 Mio+ budget

·      3+ years of software development experience (preferably from the gaming  or AR/VR industry)

·      2+ years of leadership experience

·      You are proficient in English and possess excellent communication and influencing skills both written and verbal
