Job Description:

Position Overview

As our Operations Professional, you will be reporting to the Vendor Operations Team Lead, a team of professionals who are key to the Commercial Finance– Americas’ business by its timely and accurate commencing lease contracts, preparing customer lease documentation and scanning and filing supporting contract documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams in the Business Unit to improve process and drive business efficiency. You will have the opportunity to join our team as we implement a new contract management system.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing documentation packages for completeness and data that supports the financing structure to be booked.
  • Funding transactions timely and accurately
  • Working with customers to get Delivery and Acceptance documents, invoices and/or corrected paperwork as required
  • Scanning and filing of contract supporting documentation
  • Preparation of lease documentation
  • Project work as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
  • Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
  • Typically, 5-8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree may be substituted for experience, where applicable.
