Job Description:

Position Overview
      
  • Monitor all events that occur in the enterprise IT environment in ERP area to allow normal  operations and to detect and escalate exception conditions
  • Responsible for the implementation, operational management and ownership of all technical & Application area for multiple ERP applications
    (including ERP, Mobility solutions etc.)
  • Ensure the level of service capacity and availability matches or exceeds the  current and future agreed needs of the business
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Ensure Configuration Items (CIs) are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited
  • Manage demand,  Projects and support of live Multiple IT Enterprise applications (example,  Mobile solution,  Web front end solutions, )  & guide teams for proper Functional design of solutions 
  • Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of services and components in the enterprise IT environment and ensure IT capacity meets business
    needs like program level of multiple change requests and projects connected to ERP,  Service Now type of cloud based solutions
  • Define an end-to-end provisioning process facilitating automation wherever possible
  • Enforce the information security procedures & compliance across IT systems & services
  • Ensures compliance to Quality  ISEC and Data Privacy regulations
  • Eager to learn new applications from an architect point of view

 
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Prior Knowledge of Implementing End to End Software solution in the area of Enterprise Applications (example:  SAP SD and BASIS modules, Mobile solution, Contact Center, etc.)
  • Implementation experience of end to end IT Projects implementation with integration to various ERP solutions for Customer service ITIL related processes  
  • Prior experience and knowledge of Software implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, RAD etc.)
  • Prior Knowledge of functional expertise as a principal functional resource (Customer service,  Sales & Distribution ,  Plant Maintenance,
    Finance and controlling modules)
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 
  • Implementation experience of Multiple projects for ERP Integration at enterprise level in an engineering industry with minimum of 10 to 12 years of Experience
  • Good experience and Working knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Good Knowledge in the area of one or multiple project implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile and Waterfall Methodologies etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of being able to lead the teams as technical and Application architect on multiple parallel running projects
  • Eager and ready to learn new IT technologies and solutions & recommends new ideas and innovations with business value
