Job Description:



Position Overview
      
  • Monitor all events that occur in the enterprise IT environment to allow normal 
     operations and to detect and escalate exception conditions
  • Responsible for the implementation, operational management and ownership of
     all technical security areas
  • Ensure the level of service capacity and availability matches or exceeds the 
     current and future agreed needs of the business
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Ensure Configuration Items (CIs) are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited
  • Manage and support live application & database with help of the developers
  • Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of services and components in the enterprise IT environment and ensure IT capacity meets business needs
  • Define an end-to-end provisioning process facilitating automation wherever possible
  • Enforce the information security procedures & compliance across IT systems & services
  • Ensures compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations

 
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Prior Knowledge of Implementing End to End Software solution in the area of
    workforce management software solutions e.g. (Click Software,  WorldLine, Cisco, Genesys, Nice, Verint Recording, Verint Workforce Management , Contact Center Solutions)
  • Implementation experience of Projects with integration to ERP or CRM (e.g. SAP, Oracle Sales/Service Cloud, ServiceNow)
  • Prior experience and knowledge of Software implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, RAD etc.)
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
 
  • Prior Knowledge of Implementing End to End Software solution in the area of
    workforce management software solutions (e.g. Click Software,  Contact Center
    Solutions (e.g. WorldLine, Cisco, Genesys, Nice, Verint Recording, Verint Workforce
    Management etc..)
  • Implementation experience of Projects with integration to ERP or CRM (e.g. SAP, Oracle Sales/Service Cloud, ServiceNow)
  • Prior experience and knowledge of Software implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, RAD etc.
  • Prior experience of managing team of diverse technical resources
